Learn to Skate

Our Learn to Skate program offers a fun and supportive environment for kids to discover the joys of ice skating. Through expert instruction and engaging activities, children will build confidence as they learn essential skills like falling and getting up safely, balance, forward skating, stopping techniques, and turning. Our focus is on safety, skill development, and fostering a love for skating that will last a lifetime.

7-week beginner program

*For those that have very limited to no experience on skates.

Sunday afternoons

Schedule will be finalized and emailed at least 2 weeks prior to the start date.

$150.00 per skater + tax

• Sessions 4 is geared towards beginners with little to no experience on the ice. Session 3 will focus on developing the skills learned at the beginner level.

• Class sizes are relatively small. We will have around a 1:15 staff to skater ratio for each class.

• All skaters are welcome to use their owns skates. If your skater does not own their own, rental skates are included with your program fee.

• Helmets are required. Bike helmets, hockey helmets, etc are welcome.

• We do not provide any protective equipment, including helmets. Your child will not be allowed to participate if you do not have a helmet.



• Only the following birth years are eligible: 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012. Kids born in 2020 are eligible with staff approval.
