Opening in 2025 and developed by Cascade Development, Deforest Yards is a state-of-the-art mixed-use housing and entertainment district that will offer a variety of sporting, recreational, and community events.

Amenities include Legacy20 Arena Deforest, equipped with a 2500 sq. ft training center, an indoor/outdoor bar and patio, and an outdoor arena that will host hockey during the winter months and convert to a community space in the summer for markets, fitness programs, family and corporate events, and live music.
