How it works:
- Select a pre-scheduled Available Ice session to host your party
- Complete a Birthday Party Request form
- We will review your form and send you an event confirmation and invoice for the remaining balance.
- Party time!

If you do not see a date/time that works, please fill out a birthday party request form and include all of the dates and times that you would like availability information.
Note: Ice availability is extremely limited during peak seasons/hours. We cannot guarantee that your requested times are available to book.
Legacy20 Arena Middleton Policies:
- No outside food or beverage is allowed, exception will be made for birthday cake or cupcakes. Please note, nothing is confirmed/held until you receive a party confirmation email and payment has been received.
- Any reservations of a suite and food/beverage orders must be made at least 4 days in advance of booking.
- Per Wisconsin State Health Code, all food and beverage must be prepared and served by Legacy20 Arena Middleton and staff (with exception to birthday dessert). NO CARRY INS ARE ALLOWED, ESPECIALLY ALCOHOL BEVERAGES OF ANY NATURE.
- A minimum deposit of $200 is required to reserve your specific event. This is a non-refundable deposit.
- Any damagers and/or labor fees for excessive cleanup or damaged property as a result of suite reservation(s) will be charged to the host credit card on file. This charge will be determined by Management Staff.
- Legacy20 Arena Middleton and it's employees reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone under the age of 21 years old.
