Private Events

Looking for a private space to host your next company party? Or just looking for a space to cheer on your team with friends and family?

Legacy20 Arena Middleton has multiple private spaces available for rental including but not limited to:

• 9 Private Suites
• Beer Garden
• Gym
• 2 sheets of ice (NHL size)

Looking to add ice time to this event? Make sure to include that information in your private event request form.

Note: Ice availability is extremely limited during peak seasons/hours. We cannot guarantee that your requested times are available to book.



Am I able to rent this during a youth tournament?

Yes, we have multiple options available during youth tournaments for teams or families to book spaces within the facility.

Can I rent any spaces during a Madison Capitols USHL game?

Please contact the Madison Capitols USHL staff for premium seating options at (608) 257-CAPS or email info@madcapshockey.com.

My team is coming into town and is looking for a team party. How many days in advance should I reach out?

Please submit all event requests at least 5 days prior to the event. If that notice has passed, there is no guarantee we will be able to accommodate your event.

If I rent a space, is the group allowed to bring in outside food?

With a few small exceptions, all food must be purchased, prepared, and served by Legacy20 Arena Middleton. Please see our catering menu for options and additional hospitality policies. Contact our Director of Hospitality and Catering at michael@legacy20arenamiddleton.com with more questions.

Legacy20 Arena Middleton Policies:

1. No outside food or beverage is allowed, exception will be made for birthday cake or cupcakes. Please note, nothing is confirmed/held until you receive a party confirmation email and payment has been received.
2. Any reservations of a suite and food/beverage orders must be made at least 4 days in advance of booking. 
3. Per Wisconsin State Health Code, all food and beverage must be prepared and served by Legacy20 Arena Middleton and staff (with exception to birthday dessert). NO CARRY INS ARE ALLOWED, ESPECIALLY ALCOHOL BEVERAGES OF ANY NATURE.
4. A deposit will be required to reserve your specific event. This is a non-refundable deposit.
5. Any damagers and/or labor fees for excessive cleanup or damaged property as a result of suite reservation(s) will be charged to the host credit card on file. This charge will be determined by Management Staff.
6. Legacy20 Arena Middleton and it's employees reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone under the age of 21 years old.
